You can request a photo change within 24 hours of ordering — after that, production is underway and changes aren't possible.
It depends on where it's going — 25cm suits shelves and desks, 50cm is our most popular size and offers the best balance of wall presence and photo detail, and 75cm makes a dramatic centerpiece for larger walls.
Wipe the acrylic gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, and keep it away from direct water exposure and extreme heat.
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days before shipping. We ship worldwide, primarily to the US and Europe — since every piece is made to order, we ask for a little patience.
If you're in the United States, no — all customs duties and import taxes are already covered by us, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Since every piece is made specifically for you as a one-of-a-kind, personalized item, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, if anything ever arrives damaged or something goes wrong on our end, reach out — we'll make it right. You're never left to handle it on your own.
